    I like to invent more time in reflecting to let go of the issues from my past that were NOT in my control and that my past does not define me.

    I already live a minimalistic lifestyle, and I have parents who horde and collect many unnecessary things, so I only have what I need.

    What best helps me is right when I wake up I turn on a meditation. Meditation helps me collect and center myself. The compassion I have gained from mindful meditation and therapy has taught me to love myself and my inner child.

      Similarly, I would try to keep myself cool and collected is to listen to music that has calm music or songs that show a simple, positive message. I feel that doing those things does help keep a steady mind and it also helps me think more efficiently on the problems I encounter so I can better understand on what I need to do overall.

    I experience hot 26 yoga everyday for an hour and brings my body, mind, and spirit joy.

    Practicing gratitude helps me feel connected within myself and my inner child, and I am allowed to actively see Mother Earth and what she provides for us and how I want to do what I can to make the world a better place.
