REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityWhat are your top 3-5 core values? How did you narrow it down to those as being your core values?
Alina Nicklow 901 10/29/2025 7:07 AMMy top 3-5 values are honesty, respect, growth, compassion, and responsibility. I strive to be truthful and kind toward others while continually working to improve myself. I chose these values after reflecting on times when I felt proud of how I handled things, such as being honest, helping someone in need, or staying committed to something important. Those moments helped me realize what matters to me and the kind of person I want to continue to become. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergyHow is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?
Alina Nicklow 901 10/22/2025 9:07 AMWhere I live, most electricity comes from natural gas, nuclear power, and some coal, with a small amount from renewables like solar and wind. Natural gas pollutes less than coal but still affects air and water, while nuclear power is low in emissions but creates radioactive waste and thermal pollution. Coal is the most harmful, releasing toxins and greenhouse gases, whereas renewable energy is the cleanest option. Overall, electricity generation contributes to pollution and climate change, impacting both human health and wildlife, though the shift toward renewables is helping reduce these effects.
