    The increased natural light I can add to my day by getting outside and exploring gives me more energy to bring into my week and increases my mood and motivation!

      I feel the same way! I also find that I sleep better after spending time outside or in the sun!

    I fulfilled the explore my area challenge today by checking out the Downs Bowl Trails in Abbotsford. I got to see lots of chickadees and beautiful fall leaves!

    It provides the space I need to take a break from work or reflect. It also allows me to notice and appreciate the weather and the seasons changing.
