Kylie Oliver 4/14/2026 11:13 AMI take my dog for a walk at least every day, and this morning I took a walk around the block. Normally, I take one after class, but I had time this morning. It really helped me clear my mind, and I was able to kind of sort out my day by walking through all my tasks for the day.
