REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergyWhere in your life do you emit the most carbon? What change are you willing to make in your daily life to reduce this output?
morgan p 7/06/2026 10:04 AMMy carbon footprint is 9.2 tonnes. I emit the most in travel, but none of the options given would work for my situation right now, otherwise I would give more effort. In other areas though like meat consumption I am willing to start making more vegetarian meals (I need to eat more veggies anyways..). On that same note, since I live close to Green Top and found lots of things there that I could buy, I’m going to start prioritizing locally grown foods, meat and produce wise. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow did exercising each day impact your physical or mental well-being? What activity did you enjoy most, and why?
morgan p 7/06/2026 9:56 AMHaving a time of the day when I can go outside into the fresh air is keeping me sane with summer classes haha. I go for walks around my neighborhood almost every day when the sun is going down and the air is cooling down. Even if it’s a brisk walk, it’s still nice to walk at my pace, take deep breaths, and not think about anything. It is also one step closer to my health goals for this summer.-

REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityHow is creativity a necessary ingredient for practicing simplicity?
morgan p 7/06/2026 9:52 AMUsing creativity to practice simplicity is the best way to think about all I have, and how to utilize it to the best I can. I love to use everything I have, otherwise it serves no purpose and I’m keeping it for no reason. Just like how everything in my house should have a home, and if it doesn’t then I shouldn’t keep it. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergyWhat do you plan to do with the money you save from making more energy efficient choices?
morgan p 7/06/2026 9:51 AMIt’s not much, but the small sum saved will go towards my mindful eating habits since it’s slightly more expensive than normal.-

morgan p 7/06/2026 9:49 AMI have become more mindful of what I am spending on food, as well as what I am eating. I have set specific goals for myself in my health journey and now I’m starting with the mindful exercises and needs vs wants for food purchases. -
morgan p 7/01/2026 8:40 AMToday i started my day off my switching all electronics off when i woke up (humidifier, charging strip, fan) and started some laundry. My laundry is always ran under hot water but I’m opting for cold now. I picked up my apartment and started going through my shoes that I don’t wear to donate. I then walked 15ish mins to lab coffee, then about 20 to my local library to do some homework for the day.
