Ryan Packer 901 4/01/2025 5:50 AMModern Landfill at 4400 Mt. Pisgah Road in York, York County Resource Recovery Center: Located at 2651 Black bridge Road in York. These landfills affect the communities of Windsor Township, and Manchester Township as they are closest to these landfills and this effects their property value and damages the environment around it.
