  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

The location you're in may not have tap water or somewhere you can fill up your water bottle. To solve this you can always keep another, or a bigger reusable water bottle on you. Also you can use map apps to locate a refill station.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health
How can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?

    Vincent Paolucci 4/22/2025 6:49 AM
One way I included both quality time with friends and nature was this weekend me and my friends actually went on a Hike!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Transportation
What was your process like for restructuring your trip? How can you avoid more air travel in the future?

    Vincent Paolucci's avatar
    Vincent Paolucci 4/22/2025 6:45 AM
Instead of restructuring my trip I decided that I did not need to go as far, Instead of going to Florida for a lot of money and a bad carbon footprint I am going to stay local and enjoy my beach I have near me.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health
How do environmental health, community health, and your personal health intersect?

    Vincent Paolucci's avatar
    Vincent Paolucci 4/22/2025 6:40 AM
Environmental Health and Community Health intersect with my personal health as I thrive off my community environment similar to others, so if my community is down then most likely I will be too. As with environmental health that directly impacts my health as if Im in an unhealthy environment then I wouldn't be able to, or struggle to stay healthy.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Food
Why do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?

    Vincent Paolucci's avatar
    Vincent Paolucci 4/14/2025 9:44 AM
Meat is usually more expensive then other options so the richer people can afford high quality meat, Climate change is a result of people eating meat as animal farms release alot of bad gasses
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
