Nic Penza 9/17/2025 10:49 PMExercising always positively effects my mental and physical well being. When I go to the gym and do my workout I feel great and when I play basketball I am definitely enjoying my time more than with weights. Working out for me personally has always made me feel better about myself, and basketball also is what I love and will always love to do in my free time. -
