    I have actually been noticing a trend in myself as I continue to do these challenges: I am eating all of my food. Because I don't want to waste, I literally eat everything off of my plate. Now, I've actually seen my mood improving in more ways than one!

    I just joined a volunteering organization as an intern! It's now being able to help the community and how my impact can be very meaningful in that way. It's called the Western Farm Worker's Association if anyone is curious!
