Brooke Priefert 4/09/2024 2:19 PMFor my ecochallenge, I am taking a 20 minute walk a day. Something I think that others might find useful is not only how it benefits the environment but it also helped me a lot. I found out that taking a walk a day has really helped me to find an intentional break in my day. This helped to reduce my stress and give me a break from school work. I also think that it has shown me how easy it is to walk and has made me more prone to walk rather than drive.
