Plan Meals for the Week
I will reduce food waste and save money by planning a weekly menu, only buying the ingredients I need.

REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportationHalf of all trips made in the US are three miles or less; 72% of them are driven. Does this statistic describe your own transportation habits? If so, how might you incorporate more muscle-powered transportation in your daily life?
Connor Prowell 101 10/22/2025 7:13 AMI would say about half of my trips are 3 miles or less, mostly driving to class. I can leave my dorm a few minutes earlier to get to campus on time for my class. I can also walk to get food instead of driving. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergyWhat are other easy things you could do to save energy and reduce your environmental footprint?
Connor Prowell 101 10/22/2025 7:10 AMI can turn off my lights when I leave my room, turn off my PC in my dorm room, and turn my fan off during times when I am not there.
