    I really prefer actively listening when having a conversation because I feel more engaged and there are more benefits.

    I was impacted by expressing gratitude by gaining that gratitude back and improving our shared experiences.

    One thing I have been conscious of doing to save energy and reduce my environmental footprint is taking shorter showers to reduce the amount of water used.
