The lack of access to nutritious food can affect a community by spreading diseases and making people chronically ill, Having access to nutritious foods can help our community become more resilient by giving us good food to eat and our heath would be so much better.

Well we have a landfill somewhat near the area where we live which is in Buncombe County and that is one of the landfills, the communities that are mostly affected by this location is probably the Buncombe County.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Waste Find Local Recycling Depots
Our ability to recycle certain things ebbs and flows based upon many factors, including market demand for recyclables. Luckily there are places that accept uncommon things to recycle or dispose of in a less harmful way. What did you find when looking for places to recycle items that can't be recycled in your curbside bin?

I found out that you can not recycle plastic bags and then I realized that plastic bags are a big thing people use and many people leave them on the ground or sometimes I've seen people at school throw them in the trash, another thing I found out that we can not recycle was any plastic wraps and sometimes people use it for food or something else but we need to think about where we are supposed to throw it away
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Simplicity Go For A Daily Walk Outside
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

Taking a walk helps you relax and take your minds off of things which for some people it works and some people are different and some people just want to take in fresh air.

This helps me motivated to write 3 things I am grateful for because in my head I think about it, and I am just in a good and happy mood and I try and spread happiness so more people can be happy.
