I will spend 30 minutes reading the Ecochallenge feed each day and giving high fives or commenting on posts by people who I don't know, but whose content inspires or interests me.

I will make sure I'm registered to vote. While I'm at it, I’ll sign up to help others register too!

I will use the resource links provided and spend 10 minutes learning about the native populations that lived in my area prior to colonization, and what I can do to support those that still exist.

Racial inequity is both a sustainability and justice problem. I will support businesses owned by people of color in my community whenever I shop.

I will spend at least 30 minutes finding out what local laws, policies, and practices keep people from voting in my community.

I will spend 10 minutes learning about the experiences of trans, femme, and/or nonbinary people.

I will spend 10 minutes listening to a podcast about equity and justice.

My voice matters. I will contact 10 civic leaders or elected officials to express support for a pro-environmental local, regional, or national policy.

I will join my student government or another local group of decision makers.

I will host a watch party to screen a documentary about an issue that matters to me.

I will connect with a local nonprofit, environmental or otherwise, and find out how I can get involved or become a member.

I will volunteer 10 hours in my community or campus through clubs, service-learning, campus organizations, or other local events or opportunities.

I will use an energy meter to monitor my energy use and identify opportunities to save power.

I will complete an online energy audit of my home, office, or dorm room and identify my next steps for saving energy.

I will research the social or environmental issues in my community that matter to me and tell 10 friends and classmates each day about what I learn. I will also share what I learn on the Ecochallenge feed.

I will practice actively listening to a friend, family member, classmate, acquaintance, or someone who I may disagree with in at least 10 conversations.

Strong neighborhoods are built on connection and trust. I will introduce myself to 10 neighbors or spend time getting to know people in my community.

I will watch 10 documentaries about systemic racism to learn more about how it affects us and the planet.

I will spend 10 minutes learning about restorative justice and conflict resolution opportunities in my own community or state.

I will offer to help 9 person(s) who are in need each day.

I will organize one of Ecochallenge.org's discussion courses, such as Powering a Bright Future, with classmates, friends, co-workers, or family.

I will sign up for my utility company's clean/renewable energy option.
