    I've been going out for walks, and it has been great, although sometimes it gets chilly, I've been able to keep it up. As for bags, I don't go shopping very often so it has been easy. And I've decided not to use straws or water bottles anymore. When possible, I decide to use a cup instead of getting a water bottle. Something that I've learned until here with this challenge is that I work better after I go out for walks, I feel relieved of stress and ready to get stuff done.
