So far, my ecochallenge has been going well. One of my challenges that I am doing is not using any heat or air conditioning. This one has been easy since it's not something I have to actively think about every day. Whereas for using my reusable water bottle, I have to remember to bring that with me everywhere I go. One of the hardest things has been when I forget to bring it to campus, I just go without water until I go home. Normally, I would go to a vending machine and buy a plastic water bottle, but now I can not do that. Otherwise, I have not used a plastic water bottle, and that has been pretty easy. Honestly, the hardest part is remembering to come onto here every day and log my participation.

To help my waste, I decided to start using only my reusable water bottle. I have been using it every day to reduce the amount of plastic I use. Then I also choose to watch the sunset for ten minutes every day. My desk in my room has a perfect view of the sunset, so I will sit down for a little bit every night and just watch the sun set. Lastly, to help reduce the amount of energy I use. To do this I have turned my heat completely off and will refrain from using my air conditioning when it starts to get warm out.
