    Practicing mindfulness and sitting without distractions has helped me become more focused in my day to day actions. I feel like I do my work with more intent, which in turn increases my productivity.

    The main thing I noticed about my spending habits is that they tend to go up when I have a lot of deadlines and things due. During stressful times I tend to justify spending money to myself, and seeing the actual numbers of what I am spending was an important reality check to understand my purchasing habits. Going forward, I want to find more ways to destress that don't have to involve indulging in spending.
