Zach Glass 10/29/2025 7:15 AMThe most difficult food to give up would be pumpkin pie during the winter and fall as that is a stable in my diet when the time comes around. Eating it right out the fridge nice and cold with the pumpkin taste is unmatched. Yes, I make pies from scratch using pumpkins and other locally sourced ingredients.

Water
Take 5-Minute Showers
I will save up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers.
Nature
Go For A Daily Walk in Nature
I will take a 20-minute walk outside each day around my campus, neighborhood, or local green space to connect with nature.
Water
Understand My Water Footprint
Each of us has a water footprint, directly linked to our daily activities as well as the water required in the production of things we use each day. Understanding our water use is important for a healthy planet. I will calculate my water footprint and look for a few ways I can reduce consumption or waste, then share what I learned on the feed.
Health
Enjoy Fruits and Veggies
Adding fruits and vegetables to our meals nourishes our body and the planet. I will prepare and enjoy 2 servings of a variety of colorful fruits and veggies.
Waste
Use a Reusable Mug
I will avoid sending 3 disposable cups to the landfill each day by using a reusable mug.
Food
Eat Locally-Sourced Meals
I will source 2 meals per day from local producers.
Health
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 20 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.
