    I went on a 6.7-mile hike in Idyllwild, it was so fun! 1,856 feet of elevation, took us 3 and a half hours, so fun!

    I have been eating organic meals, and I have really enjoyed it! It's so fun learning about what meals are more nutrient-dense and filling. One of my favorites this week has been peanut butter oatmeal; it's packed with protein and fiber.
