  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

One way I can reduce the amount of plastic waste is by carrying around a reusable water bottle. This will help me to not have to buy as many plastic bottles that then get wasted and contributes to pollution. If I continue to fill up a reusable water bottle I can decrease the amount of waste from plastic bottles. I can make this a permanent habit by making it routine to fill up my water bottle the night before and then leaving it in the fridge for the morning.
