    Its going great. I enjoy the little challenges and it makes the day brighter and keeps me going. I started to meditate on my core values to align more with them on a daily basis and have even brought that into my daily 10 minute silence goal to reflect on what's important to me.

    It just starts the day off in a great way.
    The three things I was grateful for today were my family, the support of those around me and good books!
