    I believe eating more fruits and vegetables helps the environment because you can give back, by compost. While, eating meat requires labor and endangering a species. I had pineapple, olives, roasted broccoli. The pineapple was my favorite.

    I would like to improve how early I sleep and my wake up time. I began to power off my stuff an hour before I slept, doing bracelet making in the meantime to stimulate me. It made me relaxed the next day, and happy to continue that day.

    Exercising is a way for me to let go of stress, it helps me mentally and physically. I enjoy working out my arms in the gym because I get to talk to people and workout.

    I believe we can reuse stuff, and only buy things knowing it fits into our space, not having overconsumption.

    Everyone was very nice, they would often ask if I wanted help or tell me to be safe. I found it unusual how much the environmental community really supports each other.

    Electricity is generated through a company, it impacts the amount of energy being used. Which can add onto more environmental issues.

    I turn off the water when I brush my teeth, try to use low Flow stuff, and recycle.
