Enjoy a Meatless Meal
Producing 1 kg of beef emits as much greenhouse gas as driving 150 miles, meanwhile, 1 kg of veggies or grains leaves a much lighter footprint! This week, I’ll shrink my climate impact by having 2 meatless meals and/or 1 vegan meals each day.

Britney Valentin103 10/21/2025 1:05 PMI usually get around 5–6 hours of sleep each night, which constantly leaves me feeling tired during the day. I would like to shift my sleep pattern to get at least 7–8 hours of sleep each night so I can feel more energized and less tired. Therefore, I started to go to sleep earlier to be able to get enough sleep. -

Britney Valentin103 10/20/2025 3:44 PMDuring this challenge, I noticed that I have a hard time staying away from screens for more than 10 minutes. It was a bit challenging to choose other activities over screen time at first, but I eventually decided to spend my time coloring instead. -

Britney Valentin103 10/20/2025 2:58 PMWalking through my neighborhood feels very different from driving because it allows me to appreciate the nature around me and gives me a greater sense of peace. Walking helps me think, relieve stress and anxiety, and build fitness. In contrast, driving goes by much faster and doesn’t let you notice the details of your surroundings.
