    In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for using every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable (including the skins, tops, stalks, etc.) during your next meal prep?

    I guess i could cut up my potatoes like slice them instead of peeling them and throwing the skin away.

    Taking hikes would be a great way to burn some calories and also enjoy nature at the same time.

      You can get your friends together and do activities outside such as going to the beach, having a picnic, reading, or doing yoga. There are so many options, especially living in San Diego

    I like this because my family has cattle and we grow some of our own food, so I like this statement.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    So far having a Brita and a shaker bottle really helps me to avoid buying plastic bottles. I cant remember the last time I bought a plastic water bottle because I always have my shaker bottle with me.
