    In North America, up to 65% of food waste happens at the consumer level. Chef Steven Satterfield advocates for using every part of a vegetable. How can you incorporate using an entire vegetable (including the skins, tops, stalks, etc.) during your next meal prep?

    I can learn how to use a vegetable and the whole thing in my meal prep.
    I can add it for flavor and use the skins for texture, etc.

    We can start to stop wasting fresh clean water by taking shorter showers. Not using plastic bottle water, etc. We can also start by not putting waste in the ocean and other things like that.

    there is a landfill in york pa called York county Solid Waste Authority. I think all communities are affected around it
