sophia welke 10/07/2024 8:10 AMlike 7-8 hours. i would like to go to bed at the same time during the weekdays. what i find that works for me is not being on my phone for an hour before bed.-

Samantha G 10/10/2024 9:32 AMI think not being on the phone before bed definitely helps me too, as well as going to bed around the same time during the week. I am working on emptying my mind of anything "heavy" before bed so that I can get some quality sleep!
