    like 7-8 hours. i would like to go to bed at the same time during the weekdays. what i find that works for me is not being on my phone for an hour before bed.

      Yes! I have been doing it too! It helps me to read a book or color to relax before bed without a screen.

      I think not being on the phone before bed definitely helps me too, as well as going to bed around the same time during the week. I am working on emptying my mind of anything "heavy" before bed so that I can get some quality sleep!

    I get to walk on different paths and trails and see different parts of the city that you cant see from a car
