    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    It is just more convenient to use plastic bottles, but I could remind myself that reusable bottles are cheaper in the long term.

    I was happier when I was not using a screen. It was a little difficult to decide to go on a bike ride rather than look at a screen. The industrial revolution and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race.

    I agree. A culture which spends most of its time indoors tends to have higher rates of depression and anxiety.

    I would like to get a little more sleep, and going to bed earlier and avoiding screen time helps me sleep.

    Meats require more water to produce than vegetables do, so I am saving water by eating vegetables.
