    in my opinion social inequalities can diminish strong sense of community because it can limit opportunities and can casue resentment and it makes people harder for them to connect and support each other.

    what makes me feel really connected to people is just having conversations to them and just being active and communicating to them and to me thats the most important thing is just getting out there and enjoying there company.

    i noticed that i really took long showers close to 25 to 30 minute showers and in realized that i was wasting gallons and gallons of water and i was being very selfish and not saving water that wasn't needed for my shower but i was wasting it.

    i believe that this is true because if you are stuck up inside all the time you wont get to be one with nature and feel the air and the breeze and have a great time like you would if you spend time outside.

    you start to notice everything deeper and pay attention to a lot of things instead of it coming and going right away.

    it makes me feel better inside and what i ate today was pineapple and strawberries and a lot of watermelon.

    exercising really helps me everyday and it impacts my physical and mental health because it gives me time to just be alone and i can just focus on having fun and hanging out with friends. what i like to do most is play soccer.
