Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 120 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.
Health
Enjoy Fruits and Veggies
Adding fruits and vegetables to our meals nourishes our body and the planet. I will prepare and enjoy 2 servings of a variety of colorful fruits and veggies.

Go For A Daily Walk in Nature
I will take a 30-minute walk outside each day around my campus, neighborhood, or local green space to connect with nature.

Enjoy the Sunrise or Sunset
I will enjoy the sunrise and/or sunset each day.

Spend Time Outside
I will replace 60 minutes per day typically spent inside (computer time, watching television, etc.) with quality time outside.

I will offer to help 1 person(s) who are in need each day.

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunityIn your opinion, how do social inequalities diminish a strong sense of community?
Tannor Wiszneski 101 10/26/2025 7:48 PMin my opinion social inequalities can diminish strong sense of community because it can limit opportunities and can casue resentment and it makes people harder for them to connect and support each other. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunityWhat makes you feel connected to your campus, your neighbors, or another kind of community in your life?
Tannor Wiszneski 101 10/26/2025 7:45 PMwhat makes me feel really connected to people is just having conversations to them and just being active and communicating to them and to me thats the most important thing is just getting out there and enjoying there company. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaterWhat did you notice about your habits or routines when limiting your showers to five minutes? What changes—if any—do you think you’ll continue long-term?
Tannor Wiszneski 101 10/26/2025 7:43 PMi noticed that i really took long showers close to 25 to 30 minute showers and in realized that i was wasting gallons and gallons of water and i was being very selfish and not saving water that wasn't needed for my shower but i was wasting it. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureRachel Carson said that we need the beauty and mysteries of the natural world for our spiritual and emotional development. Does that ring true for you? What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time indoors?
Tannor Wiszneski 101 10/21/2025 6:50 PMi believe that this is true because if you are stuck up inside all the time you wont get to be one with nature and feel the air and the breeze and have a great time like you would if you spend time outside. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureFather Thomas Berry says, "... our primary purpose is celebration. Celebration of the dawn and the sunset and the different seasons of the year is a religious ritual, a way in which humans can establish their integral relationship with the universe, with the planet Earth." What is your response to Berry's assertion?
Tannor Wiszneski 101 10/21/2025 6:48 PMi agree with this statement because it is the start of a new day and a new relationship. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureHow do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?
Tannor Wiszneski 101 10/21/2025 6:37 PMyou start to notice everything deeper and pay attention to a lot of things instead of it coming and going right away. -
