Ryan Wojciechowski 11/13/2024 8:24 PMI am doing two different challenges that relate to each other, which is driving less and walking at least 30 minutes a day. I drive about 5-10 miles less than I normally do depending on when I work/have class. I have refrained from driving to campus all week and instead walk, which get me my 30 daily minutes. On days I do have to drive to work, I make sure to take time for a 30 minute walk before or afterwards. This is good for not only the environment but also my personal health. Something interesting I have come to learn is that my classes are all early in the morning and when I consistently walk to class it wakes me up and makes me less tired in class.
