REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Marina Youssef 104 11/05/2025 8:54 PMTaking a walk each day helps me distract myself from my stressful day as a College student. Fresh air and getting in some movement help you let out your emotions while you take a walk and take in your surroundings instead of what is going on at the other side of life. It's not just good for our mental health but also our being. -
