Hannah Zumach 10/30/2023 1:21 PMI also decided to try something else, just to keep my mind on the idea of being eco-friendly. I really liked this idea and I'll probably keep doing this - as a college student, it helps me to save money and to just be more mindful about what it really means to need something. Also, as someone who really likes to shop, it's been hard to keep myself in check but my bank account is thankful for it :) -
Hannah Zumach 10/30/2023 1:15 PMI have been going meatless for a few days now. I think the biggest change I've noticed is that when I first started, I wasn't feeling full when I was eating a meal. But now as the days have gone on, I feel just overall better; it's hard to explain, but food doesn't make me feel as "gross" (for lack of a better word) anymore. So far so good!
