For my eco challenge, I did meditate for at least 10 minutes a day. So far, I have been able to do my challenge every day. I decided to do it before bed as a wind down period rather than being on my phone. It was hard to break the habit at first but now it is getting easier.

My Ecochallenges have been going well. I've been making a couple trips a week to grab groceries and making a meal that night and eating that instead of buying a lot of food and maybe not using all of it. I've been doing well at eating all my food and not wasting any, so I've felt good about that. I've also been going for a walk everyday except I missed one on Tuesday, but other than that I've been doing my challenges well.

      Hi Gabe!
I have been doing similar things to reduce food waste. Even though it doesn't feel like you are saving much food at first, it really adds up over time. I also have been walking more. I've always walked a few times a week as I have a few dogs. However, I have been trying to walk every day like you.

This challenge is going really well for me. At first going on a walk for 30 minutes a day didn't seem like it would do much, but now I actually look forward to it. It's been so nice to reconnect with nature everyday, especially after a long day. So far, my day has improved after my walk

I've never used a straw whenever I was offered one to keep plastic straws out of the land fill

My ecochallenge is going great. My challenges are helping me save energy and money like shorter showers and turning off my electronics when I'm not using them.

The challenge has been great. I have forgotten to post and keep updated on my challenge but I continue to do better even when I don’t post.

Oh, it's been going. Truthy hasn't been too hard yet because the 4 I picked are ones I'm already pretty comfortable doing. I use my water bottle a lot and I truly enjoy the walk I now take every day.

The challenge is overall going pretty well. I have gotten use to setting a 5 minute timer before I get in the shower. Its surprising to think how much water I'm saving just from shorting my showers by 5 minutes.

The challenge is going well. I am either going on walks at the marsh or sitting by the marsh at the skatepark. I tend to close my eyes and get grounded, but I am also just observing the environment trying to notice different things. I have not really learned anything, but I do experience a great relief of stress, and I am able to get a clear head. Especially if I go early in the morning, it sets the day up nicely.

My challenge has been going great! Having something pushing me to go out every day and hike has been amazing! I have found a bunch of hiking trails in the bluffs that I will for sure take some of my friends on.
