March 15 at 7:47 PMIt's going good, I have been more consistent recently with posting! Other than the challenges Im doing for ecochallenge, I have been growing seedlings for our nease garden at school. This is also something I have had to remember to do, which is not always easy.

February 6 at 12:30 PMMy experience was easy when I was intentionally trying to eat less meat, and I realized I was really only having meat once a day at dinner. I have now made the effort to discover other meatless dinner options that are still fulfilling.

February 3 at 11:05 AMI never really think about powering off my computer as I always just assume that when its "sleeping" its turned off. But its crazy how much this small thing can reduce my foot print.

January 26 at 3:26 PMI went for a 3-mile walk today, which was really nice. It always helps me mentally just slow down and decompress from the day.

January 26 at 3:26 PMIt is going well! Today I had a smoothie as a meatless option! This challenge has not only got me moving more and watching the sunset every day, but helped me save the planet.

January 24 at 11:19 AMWhen I exercise daily, I feel a boost in my energy, attentiveness, and motivation. I enjoy long walks the most, because they allow me to slow down and be with myself while not straining my body but still getting good movement in.

January 24 at 9:38 AMI have been doing this at night before bed and I think it has helped me sleep better!

January 22 at 1:55 PMThis morning, before my 8 AM class, I had an accidental run-in with the sunrise. I admittedly did not make intentional time to do so, but I woke up early enough for my class that I couldn't help but enjoy the colors. Even though it was cloudy, I still made the most of it.
