    I unfortunately didn't check in for the walk instead challenge for this Sunday because I just stayed home and rested, however I didn't use my car all day so even if I didn't walk the designated two miles, I still feel like I did some good for the environment by not driving a car all day :)!

    I have not been getting as much sleep in the night so I try to sleep earlier, this has helped!

    I have been charging electronic devices during the day to save on energy and using less artificial lighting.

    I have been carpooling more and saving on longer trips .

    Throughout the week, I continued to use my reusable water bottle and chose to drink water instead of single- use plastic beverages.

    This week has been a little hard to limit confined sugar. I use my zero-sugar sweetener at home, but I have been craving Starbucks and it has been a challenge to not go.
