I think that tap water can taste worse than bottle water and if you don't have access to a filter it can be difficult to make the switch.

I often tell this to my orc underlings and other subordinates in Barad-Dur, making sure to keep the watchful eye clear over those that do not submit to the sustainable energy supplied by the billowing peaks of Mount Doom. The One Ring is the last thing I need to bring about peace to Middle Earth, but first I must find it. The Nâzgul have shown the power of the rings, and I know that the Witch King of Angmar will be my greatest asset in acquiring the One Ring and rising to power again.

REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

I have found that I feel like my neighborhood is smaller than when I'm driving. It makes me feel closer to my neighbors. -

Yes. I still think I'm addicted to sugar but I have become much more mindful of what I am putting into my body and how much sugar I am using to sweeten my food or drinks. Since lowering my sugar intake, I feel much more energized since I am not having as many crashes.
