    I do not feel this applies to me because since I do not have a car. I usually walk or run everywhere I can, but if it is long distance I will either take the bus or ask a friend to drive.

    I believe we have more access to meat than in other places and it is part of our way of eating. Educating others on the risks of eating meat can help to shift our meat-focused culture. We can stop making meat more accessible in most places and replace it with other options.

    You get to be up close with nature or people in your community. When driving you don't get the chance to stop and enjoy things.

    A way I can incorporate personal values in my exercise routine can be simply going on a hike. Quick group text to your homies is all it takes. Group hikes are not only very fun but you're enjoying nature and good company on top of getting some good exercise.

    It concerns me the people realize they are affecting the earth, but don't do anything to help. They continue to use plastic even though it is so simple not to use it. People can easily limit their use of things to help make the world a better place.

    I agree. Spending time admiring the sunrise and sunset is important and helps you reflect about life. It lets you appreciate beauty in nature and makes you feel better.
