    A helpful system I found if I find myself needing a bag is just carrying my backpack with me everywhere wether I'm going to buy something or not. That way I always have a bag just in case I or someone with me decides to buy something.

    Plastic water bottles are very accessible for everyone because they are sold at every gas station, grocery store, shop, and venue. So when I don't bring my reusable water bottle, it is hard to not buy a plastic one. I bought water bottle holder to put around my shoulder so that my water bottle is easier to bring along to places.

    I have a really bad habit of buying things I don't need and I think this trip, and having very limited space in my backpack will cause me to rethink accumulating things while I am out.

    I think that I focus more on my eating habits and am more present with others when I don't look at my phone while eating.

    I normally get about 8 hours of sleep everyday and I normally take a mid-day nap as well. I think this works best for me personally because I feel I need more sleep. I would like to maybe get 9 hours of sleep every night.

    A couple friends and I walked up to town. We got exercise and got to spend time together.
