    I believe eating more fruits and vegetables helps the environment because you can give back, by compost. While, eating meat requires labor and endangering a species. I had pineapple, olives, roasted broccoli. The pineapple was my favorite.

    I would like to improve how early I sleep and my wake up time. I began to power off my stuff an hour before I slept, doing bracelet making in the meantime to stimulate me. It made me relaxed the next day, and happy to continue that day.

    Exercising is a way for me to let go of stress, it helps me mentally and physically. I enjoy working out my arms in the gym because I get to talk to people and workout.

    My response to Berry's assertion is to enjoy the moments we have, relaxing and putting in work to better ourselves and our community. That is our peace.

    I believe we can reuse stuff, and only buy things knowing it fits into our space, not having overconsumption.
