    People should have more trust in water refilling stations . Others think the water isnt filtered enough but building confidence around filling stations is the way to go.

    For my coffee i started using mugs instead of single use cups . I like this as it is also restricting me from ordering coffee unecesarily when i cant access my cup

    Practicing gratitude is an incredibly valuable tool to help us thrive. I find that intentionally thinking of three things I'm grateful for each day challenges me to see the day in a more positive light even amidst the challenges and helps reframe difficulties without invalidating the struggles. Overall a really good practice
