April 23 at 10:36 AMPracticing gratitude is an incredibly valuable tool to help us thrive. I find that intentionally thinking of three things I'm grateful for each day challenges me to see the day in a more positive light even amidst the challenges and helps reframe difficulties without invalidating the struggles. Overall a really good practice
