I would like to be able to get more sleep. Something that I found that works for me is to have a schedule so I can balance work, school life and personal life.

How could you incorporate other "R's" -- reduce, reuse, refuse, repair, repurpose, etc. -- into your lifestyle?

I can incorporate the other “R’s” into my lifestyle by having two trash cans one for waste and one for recycling(cans and plastic bottles). Another thing that I can do is to stop using straws and instead using a metal reusable straw.

In what ways can you create more real and meaningful interactions with friends — or strangers — each week?

Ways that you can create more real and meaningful interactions with friends or strangers each week is to always greet everyone. Sometimes people might not be having a good day but once you greet them this action might help them. For example you can also go out of your way to leave some of your neighbors some baked cookies to make them feel safe and feel like they have someone around them that can help them.

In your opinion, how do social inequalities diminish a strong sense of community?

Social inequalities diminish a strong sense of community due to everyone being to busy in trying to survive and being to busy making sure that they will get by with whatever money they make. Due to this, people will not interact with others or help others since they can barely afford anything for themselves.
