    The challenge is still going well for me. I have been trying to reduce my gas emissions, and walk instead. I have been walking at least 3 miles daily. If I can get there by foot, I will try my best to.

    I have been going to the gym or taking a walk outside daily for at least 60 minutes. Now that the weather is getting warmer I enjoy going for walks around La Crosse with friends. I also have been journaling daily, writing things that made me happy throughout the day and benefitted me. Lastly, I have been trying to eat less meat and find protein in other forms of food.
