    I would like more time to reflect on how I make an impact on those around me and what I can gain from relationships with others as well.

    I experience my neighborhood differently when walking instead of driving because I get to really connect with other people and see the smaller things I wouldn't normally see.

    My favorite activity in which I experience joy while moving is dancing. I love how I am able to express myself without any words needed.

    Practicing gratitude can keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world by making you confident enough to speak out when you see something wrong occurring. It helps you to realize how beautiful nature is and how much you would like to keep it that way.
