Waylon Devito 12/12/2023 12:00 PMbeing inside all the time can effect your mood a lot because you are not getting all the necessary vitamins that you can get from being outside. i noticed by spending more time outside my mood changed for the better. this is one of the many actions i will continue to do daily -

Not only would this allow us to chat about personal things during the time given at swim practice but also allow us to share an experience together.

What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Waylon Devito 11/13/2023 5:38 AMone barrier is that many restaurants won't let you use your own bottle and require you to use their own cups. one thing you can do to prevent this is just filling up your water at home and then bringing it in. -
