    Food Choose Organic Ingredients
Many people say that “you can’t feed the world with just organic food.” How would you respond to that statement?

I think that although it is more expensive to buy organic foods and can sometimes be harder to find, at the end of the day it is how hard you try and how much you care to do so. I was raised in a household where my parents fed me organic food and once I came to college and started buying groceries on my own, I was skeptical if I wanted to spend the extra few dollars on organic foods, but participating in this challenge encouraged me to do so and I feel much better following in my parents footsteps and accomplishing something that is good for me and the environment.

Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

I live in an area that has safe drinking water and as long as I put it through a filter (brita) the water is okay to drink. I have found that I don't have many barriers to using a reusable waterbottle as it only takes a few extra seconds to fill a water bottle up instead of grabbing a plastic one out of a case on the way out the door. It does not take much more time and I like using the reusable ones despite the convenience of plastic ones. I can make this a permanent habit by continuing to do it and make it apart of my daily routine. There are many resources on campus for people to refill water bottles.
