Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Nick Kepford 4/10/2024 8:07 AMI think that the hardest challenge for me is going to be using my bike instead of my car because my bike isn't the best, and if I'm not using my car I would rather walk. -
Nick Kepford 4/10/2024 8:02 AMI feel like, so far, I have used this to keep track of my day, and it helps me keep taking on things I should and not do.
