Liam Kunce 11/15/2023 6:19 AMFresh, nutrient rich foods do the obvious of keeping your body healthy and fit, but they provide more long-lasting energy than fast food or less healthy foods. It can also impact health outcomes, and keep kids from getting sick. Eating a healthy diet has many effects. These include a functioning immune system, improved mental health, and to go along with that, it can even help heal from trauma and the chronic illnesses that often follow in its wake. -

Luckily there are places that accept uncommon things to recycle or dispose of in a less harmful way. What did you find when looking for places to recycle items that can't be recycled in your curbside bin?
Liam Kunce 11/13/2023 5:55 AMI found that there are many places that sell things, as well as take them back to recycle. An example of this was that Staples takes batteries and pens back to recycle. -

Liam Kunce 11/09/2023 5:39 AMI get 8 hours of sleep. I don't really know if there is anything I could do to shift my sleep patterns aside from going to sleep earlier, because I stay up a lot. -
