Veronica Ledbetter 11/06/2023 8:17 PMDidn't get a chance to do a plastics audit today. Did spend some additional time walking outside/being outside in general due to the warm weather. -
Veronica Ledbetter 10/30/2023 7:03 PMI've been doing a daily plastics audit and have been pleasantly surprised that I do not use as much plastic in my daily life as I would think. I've noticed that some of my plastic usage is fairly inevitable (i.e. Starbucks cups or food on campus that has no other container option) but also identified ways to cut down on my single use plastics, like using storage containers rather than ziplock bags or purchasing reusable storage bags. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Go For A Daily Walk OutsideFresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?
Veronica Ledbetter 10/30/2023 6:59 PMI'm often less active as the weather gets colder, but decided to get out and take a walk in Shaw Park. Being out in the sun was a needed break to clear my head and helped me focus on school work later.
