    Today, I met my joyful movement and spending time outside goal by playing pickleball for an hour with my girlfriend.

    I usually use plastic straws when I go out to restaurants. Today, I did not use one.

    I think this is a true statement. A culture that spends too much time indoors loses a sense of nature and the ability to connect with their environment.

    In my hometown, our electricity comes from fossil fuels. This is not the best option for the environment.

    I use a plastic water bottle every day. I will fill it up for 2-3 days and then get a new one. Today, however, I used a water bottle that I can wash.

    My favorite things to do are play basketball, go for runs, and lift weights at the gym. Today I lifted weights.

    I noticed I spend more time than I would like on Instagram, so I used a feature on my phone to lock the app after 30 minutes of use. I feel more rested, since I usually spend most of my time on the app before going to sleep.
