My current EcoChallenge is saving at least five plastic bottles per day in hopes that less plastic waste will be created. Currently, I'm utilizing a reusable water bottle that holds 20 oz of water. Each day I typically end up refilling the bottle five to six times, saving roughly 6.25 - 7.50, 16oz plastic water bottles each day.

    a) how it was honestly challenging and new for you,
    - The challenge of saving five bottles a day by utilizing a reusable water bottle has been relatively easy. Each day for the past week I've refilled the 20oz water bottle about 4-5 times, saving just over 6 normal 16oz water bottles.

    b) how you learned at least two things relevant to the action in this class,
    - I've learned how much waste I use by completing the trash and recycling list.
    - I've learned how plastics are broken down and used to create other items.

    c) something specific you discovered from the action,
    - I've discovered that utilizing a reusable water bottle also generally supports drinking more water because it's easier to refill as opposed to grabbing a new water bottle.

    d) what conversations have you had with others about it?
    - Up until this point I haven't had any discussions with others about my reusable water bottle.

You're ahead of the game in starting on these questions. I do want you to find an action that's really a challenge for you, and do want you to talk with others about your challenge!
