    I use water to cook and to drink. I also use it when I am getting ready like showering and brushing my teeth.

    How does food sovereignty address the complex transition from localized food systems to modern global food systems?

    Food sovereignty changes how communities view local food and how much they consume. Lots of people dont realize how much locally grown food there is around them that they dont take advantage of and instead eat processed foods. If people learn about this local food they will start to chose it over their highly proccessed food that is transported thousands of miles.
